By accessing or using PixieKit (pixie.arising.online), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
PixieKit provides browser-based image, PDF, audio, and video processing tools. Free users receive up to 5 operations per day. VIP members receive unlimited access, no watermarks, and batch capabilities.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PixieKit for any unlawful purpose, including processing illegal material or attempting to bypass quota enforcement. Tools must only be used on files you own or have explicit rights to process.
4. Billing & Subscriptions
VIP Subscriptions ($10/month) are processed securely by Cashfree & PayPal Business. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page, retaining VIP access until the end of your billing cycle.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
PixieKit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. File processing happens locally in browser when possible; uploaded server files are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
