1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of PixieKit VIP services and instant asset processing access, all purchases and subscription charges are final and non-refundable once processed.
2. Instant Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your recurring VIP subscription at any time with two clicks from your account settings page. Cancellation stops all future automatic renewals immediately. You will retain full VIP access through the end of your current paid billing period.
3. Exceptions & Support
If a technical error or duplicate billing occurs, please contact support and our team will gladly resolve any billing discrepancies.
