image and pdf tools do send the file to our server, because that's where the processing happens. we hold it only as long as the job takes, and anything stored is deleted automatically within 24 hours by a scheduled job. we don't back it up, we don't look at it, and we don't use it to train anything.

if you sign in with google, we keep your email, name and avatar url — that's it. no password, because we never see one.

we count your operations so the free tier can work. each record is the tool name, a timestamp, and a hashed key. the key is your ip profiles, no cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels, and nothing sold to anyone. ever.

we won't build anything that pulls content down from youtube, instagram, tiktok or spotify. it breaks their terms, and it's not the product. pixiekit only ever works on files you already have.

email us and we'll delete your account and every record attached to it the same day. there genuinely isn't much to delete, which is rather the point.
